Terms of Use

1. Waitlist is early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission, launch access, a launch date, a specific product feature, availability in a particular country, or any future price. FourPoint may change, pause or discontinue the waitlist.

2. Referral rules

• Each participant may use their personal referral link to invite genuine people.
• One successful referral advances the referrer by 10 places, with a maximum total advancement of 50 places.
• Self-referrals, duplicate identities, automated signups, bots, temporary/disposable email abuse, fabricated referrals or other attempts to manipulate the queue are prohibited.
• FourPoint may reject, reverse or investigate referrals that appear suspicious. A flag is a request for human review, not an automatic finding of wrongdoing.
• FourPoint may suspend or ban a participant or referral code when there is reasonable evidence of abuse or other material violation of these Terms.

3. Public forms

Forms may be published for feedback and research. Unless a form expressly says otherwise, forms are intended to be anonymous and should not be used to submit passwords, payment information, government identifiers or other sensitive information.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to overload, probe, bypass security controls, scrape private dashboard data, impersonate FourPoint, interfere with email delivery, or use the service for unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual property

FourPoint names, logos, visual identity, interface designs, written materials and original product concepts shown in the service are owned by FourPoint or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

6. Email communications

By joining the waitlist, you ask FourPoint to send early-access and related waitlist communications to the supplied email address. You can withdraw from the list by contacting us for deletion. Transactional or operational messages may be necessary to complete a request you initiated.

7. No warranty

The waitlist and preview are provided on an early-stage basis. To the extent permitted by law, FourPoint does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content or that every preview feature represents a final production capability.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms as the service evolves. We may also suspend access to features or remove referral benefits where necessary to protect the service or enforce these rules.

9. Governing law and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If FourPoint is established in France, French mandatory rules may apply to the relationship where required by law. For U.S. users, applicable federal and state consumer protections remain in force.
